In this article you will see all the processes, about adding an event to your mall.
On the main menu you have the option to select PADs. On this page, you will be able to add a PAD and select which one you would like to add from the drop-down menu “Add PAD”.
Select “Add Event”.
1) Event info:
- Title: In this field you will be able to write a title for your event. (Max.100 characters)
- Where: In this field you will have to write the most convenient mall entrance for approaching this event. (Max.100 characters)
- Description: In this field you can write a description of the event. (Max. 600 characters)
2) Event date:
- From: By clicking on this field, the calendar will pop-up so you can choose the starting day and hour of the event.
- To: By clicking on this field, the calendar will pop-up so you can choose the finishing day and hour of the event.
3) Images: You have two options to add a photo.
- Select files: By clicking on this button you will see a pop-up window, from where you can choose the photos you want to upload, from your computer.
- Drop zone: This is the easiest and most user friendly way to add photos. You just have to drag a photo from your computer and drop it within this field.
4) Link with a store: If the event is taking place on a store or is organized by a store, in this field you can choose from the list that appears after clicking on it.
5) Publication Date:
- From: By clicking on this field, the calendar will pop-up so you can choose the day and hour that the event will be published.
- To: By clicking on this field, the calendar will pop-up so you can choose the finishing day and hour of the publication.
6) Deliver by: In this field you have only two options to deliver your publication.
- Beacons: You are able to select a beacon
- Location: You are able to select a location
Don’t forget to click “Save” to save the event you have just created.
