How to Manage your Deals (PAD)

In this article you will see all the processes, about adding a deal to your mall.

On the main menu you have the option to select PADs. On this page, you will be able to add a PAD and select which one you would like to add from the drop-down menu “Add PAD”.

Select “Add Deal”.

1) Title: In this field you will be able to write a title for your deal.

2) Coupon: In this field you are able to write you coupon´s name.

3) Description: In this field you can write a description of the deal.

4) Select categories: In this field there are already some default options available. Just by clicking in the field, a list from where you can choose multiple options, will appear.

5) Deal date:

• From: By clicking on this field, the calendar will pop-up so you can choose the starting day and hour of the deal.
• To: By clicking on this field, the calendar will pop-up so you can choose the finishing day and hour of the deal.

6) Images: You have two options to add a photo.

• Select files: By clicking on this button you will see a pop-up window, from where you can choose the photos you want to upload, from your computer.
• Drop zone: This is the easiest and most user friendly way to add photos. You just have to drag a photo from your computer and drop it within this field.

7) Link with a store: In this field, you can write the store that offers this deal, or choose from the list that appears after clicking.

8) Publication Date:

• From: By clicking on this field, the calendar will pop-up so you can choose the day and hour that the deal will be published.
• To: By clicking on this field, the calendar will pop-up so you can choose the finishing day and hour of the publication.

9) Deliver by: In this field you have only two options to deliver your publication.

• Beacons: You are able to select a beacon
• Location: You are able to select a location

Don’t forget to click “Save” to save the deal you have just created.

In order to Clone, Edit or Delete your Deal PAD you must go to “PADs” which you will find on the Menu on the left.

A list of the PADs created will appear on the screen. Depending on what you want to do with your PAD, you must click one of the following buttons.

If you want to CLONE your PAD click on the first button.

If you want to EDIT your PAD click on the second button.

If you want to DELETE your PAD click on the third button.

If you want to EDIT your PAD click on the second button.  This will take you to a new screen with the information about you PAD.

Inside this screen you will also be able to Clone or Delete your PAD. By clicking one of the following buttons

Don’t forget to click “Save” to save the changes you have just made.
