In this article we will explain all the processes that need to be done in order to create an Event in your Store.
On the main menu you have the option to select PADs. On this page, you will be able to add a PAD and select which one you would like to add from the drop-down menu “Add PAD”.
To add an event, please click on that option. In the new screen that will appear, all the fields that need to be fulfilled will be shown.
1.Event info : fill up the title and add a brief description of your event.
2.Event Date : Specify the duration period in which the event will take place.
- From: By clicking on this field, the calendar will pop-up so you can choose the starting day and hour of the event.
- To: By clicking on this field, the calendar will pop-up so you can choose the finishing day and hour of the event.
3. Images : There are two ways to add an image:
- Click on the “Select files” button and you will see a pop-up window, from where you can choose the photos you want to upload, from your computer.
- Drop zone: This is the easiest and most user friendly way to add photos. You just have to drag a photo from your computer and drop it within this field.
4. Publication Date : Specify the duration period in which the PAD must be published.
- From: By clicking on this field, the calendar will pop-up so you can choose the starting day and hour of the event.
- To: By clicking on this field, the calendar will pop-up so you can choose the finishing day and hour of the event.
5. Delivered by: This category includes the option to assign it to a beacon or to a location.
- Beacon: In this option you will need to “Select Beacons” by choosing in the display menu.
- Location: In this option you will need to “Select Location” by choosing the location in the display menu.
Don’t forget to click “Save” to save the event you have just created.
