In this article you will be able to follow all the processes, that need to be done, for the creation of a Store in your Mall.
First, after signing in and entering your dashboard, you should be able to click on the "Stores"
A list of all the registering stores will be presented and the option to "Add Store".
By clicking on "Add Store", all the fields that need to be fulfilled will be shown on your screen.
1) The first field is the picture of your store. You can click on the "select picture" and easily upload a picture stored on your device.
2) Shop name: In this field you have to write down your Shop´s name.
3) Select categories: In this field there are already some default options available. Just by clicking in the field, a list from where you can choose multiple options, will appear.
4) Location: By clicking on this field, the default options will appear, from where you can choose, or either write the floor, where your store is located.
5) Select Time Zone: By clicking on this field, you can choose the timezone of your location. By typing on the field you can find quicker your choice.
6) Email: This field requires your store's email address.
7) Phone number: This field requires your store’s phone number.
8) Website: If your store has a website, you can add the URL/link in this field.
9) Opening hours: In this category you have 3 different options. You can either set your store to be “Always open”, “Same hours as the mall”(this will set your operating hours, the same as the mall) or you can choose manually your schedule, by modifying the hours and choosing the days.
10) Beacon: By clicking in this field, a list of the available beacons appears, from where you can assign one to your store.
11) Social nets: This category includes the most famous and common social networks. You can insert the url of whichever ones your store is using.
12) Contact Person: This category includes 4 fields where the responsible person is obliged to add his personal information.
- Contact Person: In this field you must put the name of the contact person of the store.
- Position: In this field, you can add the position that this person has in the store.
- Email: In this field, you must add the email of the contact person.
- Phone number: In this field you can add the phone number of the contact person.
